Returns

Products purchased directly from Coolgear.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items returned must be complete and undamaged. Coolgear™ reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items at its sole discretion. Products missing serial numbers, UPC labels, or showing signs of damage, misuse, or modification are not eligible for return or refund.

To request a return or warranty claim, please visit our authorized return portal at returnsite.com to create your return or exchange request (RMA).

Returns for credit are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. This fee may be increased based on product condition, missing items, or repackaging requirements.

Purchases Made Through Authorized Marketplaces or Resellers

If you purchased your product from an authorized marketplace (e.g., Digikey, Amazon, Newegg) or reseller/distributor, please initiate any returns or exchanges through that seller directly during their applicable return period.

Once the seller’s return window has closed, you may contact Coolgear Support for warranty assistance, provided the product was purchased through an authorized channel and is within the warranty period. 

EXCHANGES

Coolgear™ warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the limited warranty provided with each product.

If you believe your product is defective and eligible for repair/replacement under warranty, you may request an exchange or repair by following our official return process.

All warranty exchanges must follow our step-by-step Request a Replacement process to ensure your request is reviewed and fulfilled efficiently. This includes:

  1. Providing proof of purchase

  2. Describing the issue or defect in detail

  3. Confirming the product is within the warranty period

  4. Returning the product if requested
