We offer shipping services ranging from economical USPS Ground Advantage to UPS and FedEx ground through overnight. All packages ship from our warehouse in Clearwater, FL so take this in mind when selecting ground or postal options. Normal ground shipping to the east coast is typically 2-3 business days whereas shipping to the west coast can take up to 6 business days.

The map provided gives an approximate estimate for ground shipping times. Please bear in mind that these times are not guaranteed.

Alaska & Hawaii Customers

We’re happy to offer shipping to both Alaska and Hawaii through multiple carriers and service options. Estimated transit times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

  • UPS: Typically delivers within approximately 4 business days to Alaska and 5 business days to Hawaii.
  • USPS: Estimated delivery times are approximately 16 business days to Alaska and 15 business days to Hawaii.
  • FedEx: Most services estimate delivery within 6–7+ business days for both Alaska and Hawaii.

Canadian Customers

Canadian customers can choose from UPS, FedEx, or DHL for shipping. Please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International Customers

Coolgear offers international shipping through UPS, FEDEX and DHL. Customers are also able to use their own carrier account. Note that import duties and taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Cut-Off

90% of all orders placed before 1PM Eastern time Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM will ship the following business day (excluding Holidays and weekends).
