Consultations are scheduled for a fixed amount of time so we can provide timely support to every customer. If your project requires additional discussion such as a custom design, complex integration, or ongoing evaluation, we’ll gladly schedule follow-up meetings as needed.

The primary outcome of the consultation is technical guidance and product recommendations based on the information available at the time of the meeting. Depending on the project, follow-up recommendations, product suggestions, or requests for additional information may be provided.

Yes. Most customer engagements begin with a remote engineering review, which is often all that’s needed to answer technical questions and recommend the right solution.

For larger deployments, OEM programs, or complex integration projects, Coolgear also offers onsite engineering support. Working directly with your team allows us to evaluate installation conditions, review system requirements, and help ensure a successful deployment.

Onsite engagements are arranged on a case-by-case basis based on the scope and needs of your project.

If your project involves confidential information, Coolgear can provide a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) prior to a Solutions Review upon request.

Late Arrival Policy
If you anticipate being late, please let us know as soon as possible. Calls may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may need to be rescheduled.
No-Show Policy
If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Repeated no-shows may require approval before additional consultations can be scheduled.
