Description

The CG-POESW4P PoE power injector adds PoE power to the 4 Ethernet PoE port so you can deliver power and data over a single Ethernet cable to your Ethernet devices in the field.

Power over Ethernet functionality allows network administrators to install the CG-POESW4P up to 100 meters from PoE devices such as Wireless Access Points, IP Cameras, … It supports the best location for a device that may be on a utility pole outside or in the ceiling where there is no power outlet.

The CG-POESW4P injects 48~56V DC power for PoE PDs. With its small size, it makes the PoE solution is not only easy to use but easy to install in out of the way spaces. The CG-POESW4P then works as the Power Source Equipment (PSE) for the Powered Device (PD). It gives installers greater installation flexibility since the device no longer has to be in the immediate proximity of an outlet.

Using Power over Ethernet (PoE), compliant with IEEE 802.af, the CG-POESW4P removes the burden of needing a nearby power outlet and allows your network solution reliable and easy to use. It preserves a user’s investment in the LAN and Internet applications.
