Introduction:

USB 3.2 Gen 1 powered micro hub PCBA. The CG-3590X4AX1C-PD-PCBA is a +7~14V DC input, USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub PCBA with ESD and Surge protection. Each port is protected individually to help keep your peripherals safe. This hub uses a CCG3 PD Cypress chip, each port is on an individual circuit to maintain high current and protection.

USB PD 3.2 Gen 1 compliant hub capable of providing power to UFP and DFP ports
CCG3 PD “Cypress” chip inside
4 Downstream ports supporting Super-Speed (SS), High-Speed (HS) and Full-Speed (FS) traffic
+7~14V DC variable voltage input
PD compatible provides advertisement of Single PDO , 5V 3A output on UFP port so it can power low current Mobile devices (tablets/cellphones)
Independent ESD protection for each port on all Data Lines for USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 (including input port)
All signal lines with integrated rail-to-rail clamping diodes for downstream ESD protection of ±15kV exceeding IEC 61000-4-2, level 4
Independent Current/Over Voltage and Under voltage Protection for all 4 DFP A ports
Input Power DC jack TVS protected to 16V
Isolated GND for Shield Connectors
Tantalum and MLCC capacitors throughout design for extended temperature range and duty cycle
