For the maximum output of 140W per port, the following conditions must be met:
SPR Fixed PDO: 5V / 3A~5A, 9V / 3A~5A, 15 / 3A~5A, 20V / 5A
EPR Fixed PDO: 28V / 5A
AVS APDO: 15V~28V / 140W
(Note: USB-C EPR Cable required for 140W PD output per port is NOT included)
This product is a USB-C device charger, not a continuous-output power supply. It is designed for device charging workloads where power demand naturally varies during the charging cycle.
The charger supports 12–24V DC input, however 20–24V DC input is recommended to achieve the full 280W output capability.
When operating at lower input voltages (such as 12V), total available output power is reduced. In these cases, it is recommended to connect one higher-power device and one lower-power device.
Example configuration:
Please note that power distribution between ports is not dynamically load-balanced, so device combinations should be selected accordingly when operating from lower input voltages.
For applications requiring continuous full-power output, a dedicated AC TO DC power supply should be used.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
This product is designed for USB-C device charging, not for continuous 280W power supply applications.
For maximum performance and full output capability, 20~24V DC input is recommended.

Strong USB-C PD/EPR Power Source 140-watt per channel.
This is an impressive device; it was able to power a 140-watt Canaan Avalon Nano 3 with no issues. It’s a strong power source. The only thing about it is that it heats up a lot and will burn your fingers if you touch the casing after a couple of hours. I guess it was not meant to power a bitcoin miner for charging things it is awesome and does deliver 28v if what you are powering requests it. If you have one of these and have done something about cooling it effectively, do share.

According to the About My Mac System Report, getting 140W into my Macbook using the USB-C to MagSafe cable, 100W using USB-C. 12v (13.2v actual) as source.
Way better than having to turn on my inverter each time just for my laptop in the van.
